Meeting 4-13-06

Need replacement actor for Karen,
• Pam is currently working with a possible replacement for karen.
• Pam will be the contact person for new actor.
• Interview the person
• Probable one full day to shoot the sections

Get timing down this will be the goal of the rough version at the end of May timeline

Work on the graphic final style

Timeline:
End of May: rough version to test the timing of exercise. No animations. Test timing with multimedia group to see if the routine is too slow or fast.
Have all 8 minutes of exercise plus the warm ups ready to test on DVD.
The rough DVD will include:
• Run through whole script with actor
• Audio of script
• Graphic stills added in various scene change areas to get a sense of graphic style. (No 3D animations)

End of August have the graphics ready.

First part of October: video and graphics combined. First working beta version.
Soundtrack, audio, video & graphics on DVD. DVD doesn’t need to have menu

End of October: start testing with kids. – start adding the DVD to grants. Distribute to Fit Family program for testing.

Eli - 3-5color prints outs of screenshots of current live/animation flash and script send to Carmen.
